In the sale of our smallholding we had experienced some bad luck with sales through an estate agent, falling through at a late stage and felt that we needed to be active ourselves in finding a buyer. I had developed a simple web page of my own but I needed it linked to a popular site and well ranked at Google. The Smallholding Wales site did this almost immediately. Apart from successfully marketing our property, it was a real experiences to see how a highly ranked site on Google or other search engines, in this instance, Welsh Smallholdings, responded so quickly with wide exposure. In two months we had hundreds of " hits " for our advertisment which came from a dozen countries ! After a buyer who pulled out, am pleased to say we have finally sold our smallholding. We had a steady stream of viewers from your web site, including the 'failed' buyer and the eventual buyer (although we used an agent as well).
